“The trip was fantastic from start to finish! We were picked up outside our hotel by the fantastic Mario, the van was heated (needed in the cold weather) and he was super informative and had great English! - the highlight of the trip for me personally was the thermal springs, getting to relax after a busy few days exploring Krakow was fantastic and well needed. Chocholow, cheese tasting, the funicular up and down Gubalowka and free time exploring Zakopane were great additions to the trip, with us enjoying Mario’s suggestions of restaurants and bars! It was a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“Great day. Our guide Dawid was very attentive and friendly. We did 'skip' part of the day trips as we had done it previously the day before on another guided tour, but Dawid was great and accommodated this. Enjoyed the mountains and the freedom to explore on our own. Didn't feel rushed at all. Overall a great day and would highly recommend doing the private tour!”

“The driver and guide mentioned this is the first time to handle a tour group, the time and meeting point weren't arranged properly. The original plan was to return to Krakow at 6pm, but they dropped us off at a spa hotel along the way and made us wait for an hour til 6pm, eventually forcing us to share a ride with other people. The guide was very friendly, but didn't speak English, so we used a Google translate throughout. Overall, it was a bad experience.”
