“The first thing is when you arrive at bus terminal go across the street at the Swiss tour office and wait for guide. Better than standing outside avoiding buses. Our guide Roger was very nice and accommodating but his voice was very hard to make out while he was driving and speaking thru microphone describing scenery 0n our excursion. We had another guide with him who never said a word. I thought he might be training. Our first stop was to the chocolate factory. It was very interesting and extremely tasting.
