We visited a small farm outside of Parma, where we got to see everything, from the cows, to the cooking of the cheese, tasting completely unaged parmigiano reggiano, how the wheels are shaped, brined, and aged! Everything was amazing! At the end we enjoyed a young and an older parmigiano reggiano, paired with balsamic vinegar from Modena, crakers from Calabria, and a local wine. 10/10 would recommend! Our only regret is not doing the prosciutto tour combo.”
