Taste a dozen Mexican artisan cheeses, local pairings, wine, and cheese desserts in a small San Miguel de Allende class.

“This event is in her home, which is lovely with great view over the city. Tonya has a love of cheese and her husband has a love of wine, so we had great cheese and wine pairings. We learned so much from Tonya! She shared the history of cheese, how various cheeses are made, and we sampled something like 8 different cheeses. Really enjoyed our visit!”

Review of Querétaro’s cheese and wine route, with Tequisquiapan, Bernal, two tastings, Freixenet, and practical booking advice.

“Alejandro is an outstanding guide with perfect English. I would definitely use his services again. The cheese tasting had a selection of 6 cheeses and a glass of wine. We enjoyed it. The visit to Bernal was fun and we enjoyed our time to shop, lunch, or whatever. The wine “tasting” was just ok. We expected a full wine tasting with different varieties, not just a glass of red and a port sample when the winery produces more than a dozen varietals.”
